The assembly features a reinforced concrete grade beam with internal reinforcing steel bars sitting atop a pile foundation element, supporting a concrete floor slab and an exterior concrete masonry unit wall above. Waterproofing membrane and rigid insulation wrap the exterior faces of the foundation and grade beam assembly. Elevation markers and callouts reference architectural layouts and grade beam schedules.
