Metal stud wall base connections anchored to a concrete curb or slab. The framing utilizes either a J-track or a T150 track sized to match the studs and fastened with number 8 screws at each stud or leg. Partition anchors are specified per schedule as 2C/SF 5.40 with a minimum 3-inch edge distance. A maximum 1-inch clearance is indicated between the track and the concrete substrate.
