A reinforced concrete pilaster foundation assembly incorporates anchor rods and a shear lug. The main vertical reinforcement consists of sixteen number six bars terminating with ninety-degree standard hooks at the bottom of the footing. The pilaster includes number four closed ties spaced at eight inches on center, supplemented by three ties at three inches on center at the top of the pilaster. Five sets of number four-by-five stirrups extend to the bottom of the footing on each side of the shear lug, with tie beam reinforcement extending to the back of the pilaster. Anchor rods are provided per verification drawings, and top bars are offset as required at the shear lug.
