Reinforcement layout for miscellaneous small floor slab openings ranging from 6 inches to 24 inches in width. The assembly consists of concrete placed over a metal floor deck, sized per plan. Two number 5 reinforcing bars are placed at the top on each side of the opening, and two number 5 reinforcing bars are placed at the bottom on each side. The bars extend two feet six inches beyond the edges of the opening.
