A steel truss bears onto the top flange of a supporting steel beam. Three-inch by three-inch by quarter-inch steel angles connect the truss to the beam and are welded with typical quarter-inch fillet welds. Additional structural angles secure the truss web members to the bottom flange of the beam. All connections are detailed with welded joints.
