Precast concrete wall panels feature exterior face reveals with a maximum depth of three-quarters of an inch typically, located per architectural plans. Vertical reinforcing is placed at the centerline of the panel for panels without reveals. Horizontal reinforcing maintains one and three-quarter inches of clearance from the panel face in double curtain configurations, with one inch clear on alternate faces. Contractor options permit horizontal bars to be swapped to the opposite side of vertical bars to facilitate chair support.
