The beam connects to the column flange using a bolted double-angle shear connection at the web and a welded top plate at the top flange. The top flange connection utilizes two rows of bolts spaced per plan, aligning with the column centerline and the top of steel elevation. A weld connects the top plate to the beam and column flanges, with sizes and configurations specified per schedule. The web connection uses multiple bolts on each side of the vertical centerline with standard clearances.
