Two-by-ten skylight curb framing bears on doubled two-by sub-purlins. The sub-purlins are fastened with ten-penny nails spaced at six inches on center. Pairs of Simpson A35 framing anchors and a Simpson HRS8 strap connect at each corner. An eight-inch vertical dimension coordinates the anchor spacing.
