A pipe penetrates a concrete grade beam or footing surrounded by soil backfill compacted per the geotechnical report. The pipe is centered within a sleeve sized at the pipe outer diameter plus one foot six inches. A minimum clearance of twelve inches is maintained from the bottom of the foundation element to the bottom of the pipe.
