An open web steel joist and a seven-and-a-half-inch deep steel girder bear onto a steel column situated behind a concrete tilt-up wall panel. The column is capped with a steel plate sized per the column schedule and anchored to the concrete panel with an embed plate measuring one-half by twelve inches by one foot two inches using four three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch head stud anchors at nine-inch gauge. A continuous L3x3x1/4 angle provides deck bearing, while a short L3x3x1/4 angle supports the joist. A steel girder stabilizer plate measuring six by three-quarters by six inches with a thirteen-sixteenths-inch diameter hole is provided at the joists, with bottom chords left un-welded to the stabilizer plate unless noted otherwise. Three-sixteenths-inch and one-quarter-inch fillet welds secure the structural steel connections as indicated by standard welding symbols. Erection of the girder bearing end utilizes two three-quarter-inch diameter bolts.
