A metal stud wall terminates at a continuous track supporting ceiling joists sized per schedule. Ceiling ties of size 362T125-43 attach to the ceiling joists using a minimum of two number eight screws at each joist. Two number eight screws secure each joist to the top track and continuous track. Additional blocking connects with two number eight screws at each blocking location.
