An FRP sluiceway liner is set within a reinforced concrete trough and filled with Class C concrete. A PVC liner covers the exposed concrete surfaces and attaches to the bottom of the FRP liner lip prior to grouting on both sides. Reinforcing includes number 6 bars at 12 inches each way, each face in the walls and top and bottom in the base. Fiberglass reinforced polymer stiffeners and anchors tie the liner into the concrete assembly.
