A structural steel stair section spans between structural supports with channel stringers and galvanized steel grating treads. The stair assembly utilizes MC12x10.6 channel stringers with angle ledgers supporting the treads, accompanied by eight risers and seven treads. A high guardrail constructed of one-and-a-half-inch outside diameter painted pipe rails features ninety-degree elbows and returns, meeting building code spacing requirements. At the landing, the stringer anchors to the concrete structure using base plates welded to the stringer and secured with three-quarter-inch diameter Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ anchors over a one-and-a-half-inch grout pad. Riser closures consist of eighteen-gauge galvanized sheet metal attached to the stair treads with four self-drilling teks screws each leg.
