A continuous 12-gauge plate is secured between the low flutes of a concrete deck using two quarter-inch diameter concrete screw anchors spaced at two feet on center. A 400S162-33 cold-formed steel brace is clipped and bent at the end, fastened with two number 12 sheet metal screws at each end. An 18-gauge bent plate measuring two by four inches by four inches long connects each stud using two number 10 screws to the 12-gauge plate and two number 10 screws to the stud.
