A hollow structural section outrigger connects to a concrete wall panel using vertical plates and stiffener plates. The hollow structural section is welded with quarter-inch fillet welds and tied back with one-eighth by twenty-four-inch high vertical plates spaced at thirty inches on center. Typical stiffener plates measuring one inch by one-half inch by zero feet eleven inches weld to dowels with full penetration welds. The assembly incorporates a window line reference and coordinate verification with the architectural drawings.
