This precast concrete panel section features continuous number 7 reinforcing bars at each face running the full width of the panel. Number 5 horizontal reinforcing bars are spaced at ten inches on center at each face across the full width of the panel. Number 3 ties are spaced at eight inches on center within the section. A two-inch vertical offset forms a recess detailed per the panel elevation.
