Cold-formed metal stud wall framing meets ceiling joists with a continuous top track secured by two number eight screws at each stud. Ceiling joists are tied together using 362T125-43 ceiling ties fastened with a minimum of two number eight screws at each joist. Additional blocking and framing connections utilize two number eight screws at each blocking location and two number eight screws at each joist. Metal stud wall sizing and finishes are coordinated per schedule and architectural specifications.
