Roof framing at low points and drains features steel beams per plan framing into steel bar joists. Wood framing members including four-by-six and two-by-six members are tied together using Simpson F hangers typical unless noted otherwise. A precast concrete wall panel supports a ledger per the roof plan, with exterior downspouts and overflow scuppers coordinated with architectural drawings. Full penetration welds are required at the ledger and splice low points.
