An exterior housekeeping pad is anchored to a structural concrete slab with number 5 epoxy-coated dowels installed with Hilti RE-500 adhesive at 16 inches each way. The pad is reinforced with number 4 rebar at 16 inches each way placed at slab mid-depth, with a thickness varying at 3 inches minimum over a continuous waterproof membrane applied at the exterior slab.
