Adjacent tilt-up concrete monolithic panels form a vertical joint assembly with a painted exterior finish and a continuous chamfer strip at the exterior corner edge. The joint gap is weather-sealed using a continuous backer rod and sealant placed at the outer joint locations. The structural grid reference is indicated at the top edge of the panels.
