Metal deck support details at structural steel columns utilize L3x3x1/4 structural steel angles positioned at a maximum spacing of four inches. Alternate angle locations are provided with three-sixteenths inch fillet welds. Angles may be omitted where all vertical legs of the metal deck fall outside the unsupported region.
