A wood top plate is secured to the roof truss purlin using number 14 by two inch wood screws spaced at twelve inches on center staggered at each angle. Sub-purlins are spaced at twenty-four inches on center alongside the purlin. The nailer plan view indicates two rows at continuous edge spacing with four lines where staggered and six lines where three lines of nailing is required.
