A steel roof beam sized per plan frames into a concrete tilt-up panel using a WT5x7.5 structural tee that is 2 feet 2 inches long with eleven number 5 weldable rebar on alternate sides. The WT section connects to the steel beam web using eight 3/4-inch diameter A325 bolts. A 1/2-inch by 7-inch by 4-inch long steel bearing plate with two number 6 by 48-inch long weldable rebar anchors supports the assembly at the base within the 30-inch minimum concrete tilt panel. A 5/16-inch fillet weld secures the embedded steel components.
