A concrete housekeeping pad bears upon a concrete fill over metal deck floor assembly, anchored by epoxy-set dowels. Number three dowels are drilled and embedded with epoxy at twelve inches on center, centered on the nearest low flute of the metal deck. The pad features number three reinforcing bars at twelve inches on center maximum each way with one and one-half inches of clearance. The pad maintains a maximum thickness of six inches with a two and one-quarter inch typical thickness at the edges and a three-inch typical side clearance.
