Cantilevered floor beams of differing depths frame into a supporting steel beam with a one foot six inch dimension setback. A half-inch shear tab connects the beam web using three seven-eighths-inch diameter typical bolts. A half-inch continuity plate is welded to each side of the beam web with quarter-inch fillets. Complete joint penetration welds and typical weld access holes are utilized at the flange connections, supplemented by five-sixteenths-inch fillet welds.
