The assembly features cold-formed steel framing including double jamb studs and cap tracks secured with self-drilling screws. The steel framing connects to an exterior brick veneer wall return forming a recessed opening. Glazing is integrated at the storefront frame adjacent to the steel stud and brick jamb.
