This structural connection detail shows a steel beam framing into a steel column with a three-quarter-inch plate fastened by eight seven-eighth-inch diameter A325N bolts, with twelve seven-eighth-inch diameter A325N bolts at similar conditions. A diagonal brace connects to a gusset plate welded to the column with five-sixteenth-inch fillet welds. Spacing dimensions are provided as one and one-half inches, three inches, two inches, and one-half inch typical. For braced frame connection details, reference sheet S4.12.
