A concrete wall or floor panel features a rectangular opening reinforced with two number five bars typical unless noted otherwise along each side and across the top and bottom. One number five bar extends continuously across the lower portion above the finished floor line. Diagonal corner reinforcement consists of one number five by four foot bar on each face typical unless noted otherwise, extending two feet past each corner in both directions.
