Post-tensioned concrete beams frame continuously through a reinforced concrete column with top and bottom beam reinforcing continuing directly through the column core. At least two post-tensioning tendons run straight through the column core, while profiled tendons pass continuously through the beam spans. Construction joints are located at the top and bottom of the column connection interface. The assembly includes a thickened slab edge sized per plan on each side of the column.
