A steel beam frames into a column with a one-half inch stiffener plate welded on three sides with a five-sixteenths inch fillet weld. The connection utilizes a one-half inch plate with bolts sized per sheet 12/S-503. A beam and brace connection is provided per the braced frame elevation where required.
