A concrete slab features a sawcut control joint depth of one-quarter the slab thickness, measuring at least one and one-quarter inches minimum. The concrete slab is reinforced with number three reinforcing bars at sixteen inches on center each way and matches the truck court slab thickness unless noted otherwise. The slab bears on a twelve-inch layer compacted to ninety-five percent compaction over compacted fill installed as per the geotechnical report.
