Adjacent concrete tilt-up panels connect using a continuous 3/8-inch by 10-inch steel plate welded across the joint. Each panel embeds one 3/4-inch diameter by 5-inch heavy-duty stud anchor and one 1/2-inch diameter by 24-inch deformed bar anchor, or an A706 bar, spaced at 16 inches on center. A typical 1/4-inch fillet weld secures the plate to the embedded connection hardware.
