An anchor bolt is embedded into a concrete block wall with a minimum grout thickness of one inch all around the bolt. The hook end maintains a minimum embedment depth specified in the schedule corresponding to bolt diameters ranging from one-half inch to one inch, with minimum edge distances of six bolt diameters and minimum spacings of twelve bolt diameters. A bolt embedment schedule provides specific embedment lengths for each bolt size.
