Two variations of anchor bolt connections at a stem wall are provided. The left assembly features a three-gauge by five-inch washer plate secured by an anchor bolt sized per sheet 7/S602, with a nail or fastener positioned at a three-eighths-inch clearance from the top of the stem wall. The right assembly utilizes a standard cut washer with an anchor bolt sized per sheet 1/S601. Both configurations require anchor bolts to be centered on the sill plate, which sits flush with the top of the stem wall.
