A six-inch steel Schedule 40 pipe bollard is filled with 3,000 PSI concrete and topped with a six-inch bollard dome cap, extending three feet above the finish grade. The pipe embeds into a reinforced shallow foundation cast below grade and adjacent to an eighteen-inch concrete foundation wall sized per structural requirements.
