A headed anchor rod assembly passes through a base plate and embeds into concrete. The assembly includes a hardened washer and a double nut configuration, required only when specified in the anchor rod schedule. Key dimensions include total length, projection, thread length, embedment depth, stretch length, and the grout space between the base plate and the top of concrete. The rod diameter is indicated at the shank.
