Studrails are arranged around a square concrete column to resist punching shear in a concrete slab. Studrails are spaced equally and aligned with the column faces unless noted otherwise. A minimum clear distance is maintained at the slab edge, and additional detailing refers to related structural sheets for sleeves and further information.
