Concrete grout pads are spaced at 6'-0" on center maximum and placed on each side of panel openings with an 18-inch square dimension. The concrete grout below the panel is vibrated to obtain continuous bearing prior to erecting the roof structure. High-density plastic shims are provided on grout pads as required prior to crane releasing support. Grout pads extend a minimum of 3 inches from each face of the panel and widen as required where panel thickness exceeds 12 inches.
