Concrete tilt-up panels feature three equal spaces across the joint with an alternate embed plate configuration per typical notes. A three-quarter-inch panel joint separates the adjacent concrete sections. Dimension X measures the distance from the panel edge to the embed plate. If dimension X is less than four inches, the embed plate must be relocated away from the panel edge to maintain a four-inch minimum distance.
