A structural kicker brace connects to the web of a wide flange beam sized per plan using an L3x3 angle clip. The clip secures to the beam web with three number twelve screws. A metal deck bears above with a maximum two-inch clearance. A note directs to sheet seventeen for the kicker connection to the deck.
