An anchor bolt assembly features a standard hook with three inches of standard hook length, double nuts where shown, and a projection equal to the thickness of the bolted material plus dry pack plus one inch unless noted otherwise. A headed bolt assembly includes a diameter per drawings, an American standard heavy hex nut or standard bolt heavy hex head, and bolt threads staked at two locations below the nut. A note specifies that a headed bolt may be used as a substitute for anchor bolts, but not vice versa.
