Roof lateral transfer assembly connecting high roof framing to hollow structural section 3x3x1/4 columns and angle braces. The 3x3x1/4 hollow structural section columns connect to base plates measuring 9x9x3/8 inches with four 3/4-inch diameter A235 bolts top and bottom, secured using 3/16-inch welds. Angle brace members of L3x3x1/4 size attach using 6x6x1/2-inch plates and 3/4-inch diameter A325 bolts at the top and bottom. A 1/2-inch shaped plate connects the diagonal brace to the roof beam with a 1/4-inch fillet weld.
