A concrete foundation wall bears on a continuous footing with a top of foundation elevation set at five feet maximum. Vertical reinforcement consists of number five bars spaced at eighteen inches on center, supplemented by number four horizontal bars at eighteen inches on center. Wall geometry and height transitions are coordinated per architectural requirements.
