A concrete tilt-up wall panel connects to a concrete footing using an embed angle and attachment angle secured by two three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch heavy stud anchors and welded with five-sixteenth-inch typical welds over an embed plate and one and a half inches of non-shrink grout. Two slab connection options link a concrete slab on grade to the tilt-up panel. Option one uses a number four by two-foot-six-inch dowel threaded at one end with a Lenton form saver and a half-inch diameter heavy stud anchor. Option two uses a number four by two-foot-six-inch dowel epoxied into the concrete tilt-up panel at eighteen inches on center with one and a half inches of minimum cover.
