The exterior face consists of an EIFS finish coat and base coat applied over an adhesive and drainage plane, backed by a fluid-applied air and weather resistive barrier. Mineral wool board insulation is secured with thermally improved insulation board fasteners through five-eighths-inch gypsum sheathing. The interior cavity is framed with a six-inch stud space and finished on the inside with one-half-inch gypsum wall board. The assembly achieves a maximum U-factor of U-0.071.
