An eighteen by eighteen inch concrete pilaster sits atop a concrete footing sized per plan, with four number six vertical reinforcing bars and number four ties spaced at twelve inches on center, with two ties at three inches at the top. A column connects to a base plate secured by anchor rods per detail twenty on sheet S3.02. A quarter inch diameter weep hole is provided at the column base. Site paving abuts the pilaster and is coordinated per civil drawings.
