A concrete exterior footing measuring one foot wide by a minimum of two feet deep supports a stem wall and glazing system. One continuous number four rebar runs top and bottom within the footing, while number four bars spaced at eighteen inches on center reinforce the wall. Three inches of clear cover protects the bottom reinforcing steel. Glazing sits atop the stem wall with dimensions and placement coordinated per architectural drawings.
