A post-tensioned concrete slab terminates at a stressing end with an anchor head and a bare stressing tail extending outward. The assembly features two continuous number four backup bars, required support bars, and slab reinforcing as specified per plan. Confinement is provided by a thirty-inch number three hairpin accompanied by two continuous number four bars at the hairpin. Minimum edge distance and thickness dimensions are maintained with specified clearances.
