A concrete tilt-up wall panel bears on a concrete footing with one and one-half inches of non-shrink grout beneath the panel. An embed plate anchors into the footing, secured by two three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch HSA anchors. A five-inch by three-and-a-half-inch by five-sixteenths-inch by ten-inch attachment angle connects to the embed assembly with a typical five-sixteenths-inch fillet weld. This intermediate connection occurs at five feet on center, with a minimum of four connections per panel.
