Cold-formed metal framing includes a continuous top track secured to metal studs with two number eight screws at each stud to the top track. Ceiling joists sized per schedule connect to the framing with number eight screws at eight inches on center. Wall finishes are specified per architectural drawings. Metal stud wall framing is thirty-three mils minimum thickness.
